The Adoption Process

 

  Thank you for your interest in a Dachshund Barn Puppy. We are looking for amazing families for every one of our special puppies.

     If you are interested in a puppy currently on the website, please contact me directly, (phone, text or email) to see if the puppy is still available. If you decide that the puppy is for you, you will need to Fill out the form below and then place a deposit through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Deposits are $200 and are Non-refundable, the purpose of the deposit is to hold your puppy for you. 

 The remaining balance will be due at delivery of the puppy to you or before the puppy leaves The Dachshund Barn.

Please sign up for our waiting list if you see an upcoming litter that you are interested in. The waiting list will be notified as soon as coat types can be determined, typically about 3 weeks after delivery. Once you have made a deposit on a puppy you will receive weekly updated photos or videos. At 6 weeks you are welcome to come visit your puppy to make sure their temperament is a good fit for you. At 8 weeks your puppy is usually ready to come home! Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be picking up your puppy here at The Dachshund Barn, flying into the Little Rock Airport, where I can meet you with puppy, or if you will need your puppy delivered.
